Refund Policy

This Refund Policy was last updated on 25/05/2026.

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and in-app purchases made within mobile applications ("the Apps") operated by Forwardpath Technologies LLP ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Subscription Plans

Our Apps offer premium features through subscription plans available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Plan durations and pricing are displayed within each App at the time of purchase.

2. No-Refund Policy

We maintain a strict no-refund policy for all subscription payments. Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable. This applies to all subscription types, including monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

Because our Apps deliver digital content immediately upon use, the service is considered consumed at the time of delivery and cannot be reversed.

3. Free Trial

Where available, our Apps may offer a free trial period so you can evaluate premium features before committing to a paid subscription. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged accordingly.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to premium features until your paid period expires. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

Cancelling on iOS (Apple App Store)

  1. Open the Settings app on your device
  2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
  3. Find the app and tap it
  4. Tap Cancel Subscription

Subscriptions on iOS renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling on Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Tap your profile icon, then tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Find the app and tap it
  4. Tap Cancel subscription

5. Requesting a Refund from the Platform

All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to exceptional circumstances, you must submit your request directly to the respective platform:

Apple App Store

  1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID
  3. Find the purchase
  4. Select Request a refund
  5. Choose a reason and submit your request

Google Play Store

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
  2. Find the purchase
  3. Select Request a refund or Report a problem
  4. Choose a reason and submit your request

Refund decisions from Apple and Google are at their sole discretion. Our ability to influence platform refund decisions is limited.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this no-refund policy at our sole discretion. Exceptions may be considered in cases such as:

  • A critical bug that renders the App entirely unusable and cannot be resolved in a reasonable timeframe
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges caused by a technical issue
  • A demonstrable failure to deliver the core service as described

To request an exception, please contact us with your purchase details, platform (iOS or Android), and a description of the issue.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of your access to the App.
